Christine Galang
Christine Galang’s passion for baking started in her Mom’s bakery and coffee shop. Christine attended Culinary School in the Philippines before moving to New York to work in some of the world renowned restaurants. She quickly rose to Pastry Sous Chef in Danny Meyer’s staple Union Square Cafe. After her 5 year tenure at Union Square Cafe, Christine joined the team at The Modern, a 2 Michelin starred restaurant. Today, Christine is the Culinary Operations Manager of the kitchen at Cloud Catering and Events.
