Nathan

Nathan began his career in hospitality with numerous restaurants and event companies around the city before settling in at Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events for nearly 10 years. Starting in the FOH he eventually became the Service Director during one of their largest periods of growth. He played key roles in planning and managing events including presidential fundraisers, festivals, dine-arounds, social events & galas of all shapes and sizes including the Robin Hood Big Benefit at the Javits Center for 4200 guests. He also assisted in the opening of two corporate dining programs, the Conrad New York’s banquet space, pop-up restaurants for CNN at SXSW and the NFL during Superbowl XLVIII, multiple sporting venues, and cafes around the city partnered with cultural institutions. He then transitioned to building and leading USE’s first Training and Development team supporting all twelve businesses in four cities in three states while overseeing company-wide recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
