Dan Freeman

Dan is a New Jersey native and a graduate of The Restaurant School of Philadelphia. Has been professionally cooking for over 15 years. While in Philadelphia he worked at notable restaurants such as Morimoto and the legendary Le Bec Fin, later moving to Colorado to work at Vesta before returning to Philadelphia to open his own restaurant Remedio, which highlighted Northern Italian cuisine. Inspired to expand his culinary experience he then moved to New York to assist in opening 2 restaurants and soon after became Sous Chef at Cloud Catering and Events.
