Ashleigh is a born and raised Jersey Girl who now resides in the East Village. Raised in a Jewish and Italian culture, food and family always took center stage. Ashleigh is a natural hostess who has a passion for great food and entertaining others. This led to her pursuing a degree in Hospitality management from Penn State and then continuing to hone her culinary skills at the Institute of Culinary Education. She has been working for leaders in the hospitality industry in NYC since 2014 and joins Cloud Catering as Event Producer. Ashleigh cannot resist a delicious burger, a bachelor marathon or anything pink.
